Leadership Coaching: Since 2002 I have coached new and inexperienced presidents through their first six months
Publications and Public Speaking: I write extensively about the first-year experience at college and speak on this as well as other topics of interest to higher education communities.
Retreats and Workshops: I lead faculty and trustee retreats around a wide range of topics including general education reform, strategic planning and boardsmanship.
"College Doctor" I provide help to presidents and college boards struggling with institutional maladies such as lackluster or non-existent fundraising operations.
